Smith has one prior felony conviction. He was therefore vulnerable to a presumptive two-year term. AS 12.55.125(e)(1). After finding two mitigating factors, the trial court imposed a sentence of two years with one year suspended. Smith appeals, contending that the sentence is excessive. We affirm.
